Kevlar/E-glass hull and deck (Dupont knit hybrid fabric) reinforce the hand laid blister resistant vinylester resin laminate
Additional strength per weight is created where the hull is cored with Airex.
High stress areas have the core deleted and reinforced with additional laminations.
A 6 hull flange receives the deck that is then fiberglassed and thru-bolted in place.
